Dr. Lindsey Hughey is the owner of Onward Wilmington. Besides practicing as a physical therapist, she is also an educator. She teaches health care providers across the country concerning excellence in extremity management for The Institute of Clinical Excellence.

Holistic fitness is Dr. Lindsey’s primary passion with her preferred method of fitnessing being CrossFit. Lindsey is a Level One Crossfit trainer and coaches at her home box, CrossFit Bear. She graduated from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with her Bachelors in Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Meredith Walker is a physical therapist with 15 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, serving patients throughout the greater Wilmington and Chester County areas. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University and her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware. Meredith is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT/McKenzie) and has completed extensive continuing education in pelvic floor dysfunction through Herman & Wallace, the APTA, and ICE Physio.

Drawing from her background as a competitive synchronized figure skater and her role as a mom of two, Meredith brings a thoughtful, real-world perspective to patient care. She is passionate about helping individuals move with confidence, support their overall wellness, and thrive in the activities they love—through every stage of life.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Meredith gardening, planning vacations (especially to Disney or the mountains), and spending quality time with her family.
